Sports Activities for kids

Absolutely amazing! Our daughter loves coming to Tiny Tekkers each week. She has learned so much and gained a variety of skills whilst having fun every time. The coaches are engaging, energetic and they are fantastic with the children. I love the variety of skills she gets to learn each week from practising ball and bat skills, throwing and catching as well as coordination, jumping, controlling the ball etc. She gets to use a range of equipment for all sports, it’s brilliant. As a teacher I feel that the class covers not only the EYFS physical development skills that they need to learn but also brings in other area of the curriculum as well. The children get to use dice to practise their counting and number recognition. For example, they will role the dice and count the spots and have to kick/hit the ball that number of times. The classes also encourage recognition of colours as well as being great for language development and following instructions. The children are kept engaged with simple questions and instructions are precise and clear for their language development. The coaches involve the children at every opportunity and the activities in the session are kept fast paced to keep the children’s focus, but long enough to ensure skills are learned. I cannot recommend Tiny Tekkers enough.
