What to expect
Booking with ease!
Once you have communicated with us to reserve a date, we will instruct you to go ahead and find a venue. We don’t book the venue, but we can suggest the most suitable for your event. Once the time and date have been finalised, this will confirm the booking with us. No deposit is required.
On The Day?
Our Coaches will arrive 15 minutes early to set up. We will need as much space in the hall as possible for the children to be active. If there is a separate room for party food, that would be ideal. Alternatively, we could keep tables/chairs away or on one side of the hall until the end of the party. We will do the certificate presentation at the end, leaving you 10 minutes to prep the food table. We will run the activities continuously, leaving the children to have food with you after the games. The children will, of course, have a chance for drink breaks throughout.
