What to expect
Booking with ease!
Once you’ve contacted us and agreed on a date, we’ll ask you to arrange the venue. We don’t book venues directly, but we’re happy to recommend suitable venues for your party.
Once your date, time and venue have been confirmed, your Tiny Tekkers party is booked in. No deposit is required.
Simple, straightforward and hassle-free!
On The Day?
We will arrive 15 minutes early to set up. We’ll need as much open space as possible in the hall.
If your venue has a separate room for food, that’s ideal. If not, we recommend keeping tables and chairs to one side of the hall until the activities have finished.
We’ll run continuously, with short drink breaks throughout, before finishing with a fun certificate presentation. This will leave you 5/10 minutes to get the food table ready, before the children sit down to eat with you.
We’ll take care of the fun — you can take care of the cake!
